It is a premium impregnating sealer that has deep penetration and is suited to achieve water and dirt repellency on absorbent sandstones. It is also well suited for bricks, concrete and mineral based plaster. It allows moisture vapor transmission and is UV resistant. XP allows for easy removal of water, dirt etc. from treated surfaces. Instrucrions for use:- 1. The surface must be clean, dry and free from all layers. 2. always prepare a small test patch to determine efficacy & coverage. Natural stone is unique and color enhacement is possible. 3. Shake well before use. Avoid direct sunlight and moisture until the developement of the water repellent effect. 4. Depending on the absorbancy 2 or more coats may be necessary. Apply each coat fuuly and evenly with abrush, roller, sprayer or a fluff free cloth. 5. Remove surplus material with suitable cloth or fabric. 6. The water repellent effect begins after a few minutes and the product is fully cured after 24 hours. 7. Sufficcient ventilation (approx 2-3days) is necessary when using the product in foodareas. esistant. It may be used for interior and exterior applications.
